2. We train your Champion — two live TechWays webinars and a full facilitation guide so they know exactly what to do, step by step.

3. TechWays delivers the workshops — our content plays on screen in your staffroom. We're live on WhatsApp throughout each 2-hour session, answering questions in real time. Your Champion hosts the room; we're the expert presence.

    We retrain their replacement as part of your annual renewal — no additional cost.

  • Do teachers need any prior AI knowledge?

    No. The workshops are designed for complete beginners.

  • How much time does the AI Champion need to commit?

    Two webinars (approx. 2 hours each) for training, plus facilitation time for the two workshops.

  • Can we run both workshops on the same day?

    Yes — the programme is flexible to your school calendar. We recommend 2 weeks apart, but a single-day format works too.

  • Is this a once-off purchase or a subscription?

     R15,000 covers one full cycle. Annual renewal is available but not obligatory.

  • What counts as "every teacher has used AI"?

    Each teacher completes a practical task during the workshop — writing a lesson plan with AI, drafting a parent communication, creating a rubric, or similar. The facilitation guide structures this
